Management Team

Andrea Flach, Manager's Assistant

For Andrea Flach there is no place of work where more beautiful moments are created. She has to know. After an extensive tour of the Swiss hotel industry, her organisational talent has been keeping the Walther family's back free since summer 2019. She plans the events in our Grand Hotel with a fine ear and a creative streak. And she never forgets those who have stayed at home, who she lets share in the world of the WALTHER with cinema-ready posts on Insta & Co.

Peter Maxlmoser, Chef

Peter Maxlmoser started his career as a sous chef in the Hotel Walther, followed by 8 years as a chef de cuisine at the Steinbockherd. Now he has returned to the Walther kitchen armed with inspiration, ability and dedication. The native Bavarian reinterprets his dishes, from near and far, to create modern miracles without losing traditional notes.

Sabine Crameri, Concierge

Not just check-in and check-out. No! Sabine Crameri follows every step of her guests – from the first to the very last minute. This is due to her organizational skills, her good memory and her passion for an individual, perfect hospitality service. The native German is also very active after hours. Namely, when she embarks to her Maiensäss in Puschlav and makes herself the guest.

Tamara Margadant, Assistant Human Resources & Accounting

A real wild catch from the Engadin! She speaks as fast as the Inn thunders into the valley when the snow melts. And she masters the murmur perfectly in Romansh, Italian, German and English. Ideal conditions for tapping the right sources in Human Resources and understanding our multicultural employees. The balancing act towards a balanced bookkeeping is also something that she does so well because in her free time she regularly vents her head on the back of her horse.

Leonie Senn, Jr. Chef de Reception

Take: A large portion of ever-present, ever-awake and perpetually cheerful. Add to that a natural ration of interest in her counterpart and the patience of an angel. No, not home-made. She learnt from an early age what it takes to keep a hub running that serves a house with 70 rooms and, ideally, 140 guests. Our organisational talent grew up in a hospitality business in Germany and everything she couldn't find a place for in the cradle, she made up for during her training as a hotel manageress in a house that also belongs to the Relais & Château family. Leonie came to us with the intention of staying for a winter season... The fact that she has moved to the valley for more than five years since then is probably due to her love of the Engadine and a work colleague who became more at some point... We think that where love falls, it can stay!
