Hiking also means switching off from everyday life and coming to rest in nature. Small mindfulness exercises can be easily incorporated and help you to become more aware of yourself and reconnect with your surroundings. Many things only become apparent at second glance. It is worth taking a closer look at nature and experiencing it with all 5 senses - sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch. What better way to do this than with our MIDWEEK package (arrival Sunday or Monday), where the Engadin shows itself from a different side than at the weekend.
