Taiji Weekend - Slow Motion for Clarity, Balance and Lasting Health

Slowness is the New Power - In an age of acceleration, conscious slowness becomes inner strength.

Health is true wealth

It is not just the number of years lived, but the quality of movement, mental clarity and emotional balance that form the cornerstones of a holistic understanding of health in the sense of Deep Health, where vitality arises from the interplay of physical, psychological and mental processes.

The Walther stands for continuity and history—unique since 1907. Taiji looks back on a tradition that has evolved over millennia and can simultaneously be placed within the context of modern Mind Body Medicine: It trains slowly, fluidly and consciously—and thus has a gentle and regenerative effect. Foot stability, leg and hip mobility, as well as core strength and rotation, are specifically developed—without impact or overexertion. At the same time, studies show that Taiji strengthens balance, inter- and intramuscular coordination as well as mindfulness, and contributes to improved emotional regulation—central mechanisms of self-regulation and preventive health.

Sustainable health is reflected in the quality of life, not in the number of years lived. Within the Deep Health framework, mobility, strength, mental clarity, emotional balance and a sense of connection with oneself and the environment form a solid foundation. Taiji supports these dimensions in a gentle and evidence-based way, thereby creating a stable foundation for long-term vitality and inner balance.

This Taiji package is not a traditional retreat or a tightly scheduled program, but rather an inspiring complement to your stay at WALTHER.
