Ayurvedic Journey – Culinary Delights, Indulgence and Regeneration

Do you know why, according to Ayurvedic dietary principles, milk should not be combined with other foods?

You will find the answer to that—and, of course, plenty more information—in this introductory course. It is designed for participants who want to gain an initial insight into the importance of nutrition for their own wellbeing. In the spirit of a holistic understanding of Deep Health, nutrition is experienced as a central health resource that influences physical processes as well as energy, balance and quality of life. Culinary WALTHER delights and exercise in the fresh Engadin air are essential parts of the experience. Yoga, forest bathing, Kneipp therapy—or simply being: What’s your preference?

Throughout the retreat, theoretical insights, practical experiences and shared reflection are interwoven. Consciously engaging with Ayurvedic nutritional principles strengthens core abilities—particularly self-regulation, self-awareness and the development of health-promoting behaviours. Through interaction with the group, social resonance—a central element of Deep Health—emerges, deepening and stabilising processes of change.

This experience is complemented by movement, contact with nature, and the Engadin’s unique high-alpine healing climate, which has been proven to support regeneration, mental clarity and physical vitality. Curious? And rightly so! This 4-day retreat (3 nights) offers you a well-founded yet enjoyable introduction to new dietary and lifestyle habits that can be sustainably integrated into your daily life.
