Michael Freudrich now brings his famous flavours to the refurbished «Stüva Bella», now «La Stüva». Choose whether you would like to surrender to his creations in the elegant dining room or in the incredibly comfortable Stüva room.

With 15 Gault Millau Points, the «La Stüva» is the highlight of the Hotel Walther’s cuisine. Michael Freudrich of Berlin has been our chef-de-cuisine for 23 years.

Most of our guests return each year – so our maître d'hôtel, Dino Martelli, is familiar with many of the habits and preferences of his customers.

In the pleasant «La Stüva», the à la carte dining is excellent, the lobster salad on green Puy lentils with chilled coconut curry is just as delicious as the red Mullet on pearls of walnut and barley with red chicory.
